Graduation sessions
for all the programmes at the Tor Vergata University of Rome will only take place using distance learning platforms.
Final thesis commissions will be made of at least three members, including the session President. The graduating student will be asked to show the Commission a valid ID and at the end of the dissertation, upon positive completion, the President will declare the student graduated, mentioning the final mark.
Each School will set an extra graduation session between 10th and 15th June 2020. All the students have submitted the Precautionary Application (Domanda Cautelativa) and the Graduation Request (Domanda di Laurea) within 30 days before the day set for the session, will be admitted to it.
Students who have already submitted their Graduation Request for March, April, and May 2020 sessions, and who have communicated the impossibility of taking the Final Exam, will be attending for the extraordinary session of June 2020, without paying any additional tax for the Academic Year 2019-20.
Tuition Fee Payment
The deadline for the second installment payment has been deferred to 10th June 2020, for both the tuition fees that were to be paid within 31st March and 29th May 2020.
ISEE Submission for MSc/MA students
For MSc/MA students enrolled in the first year of their programme after 1st March, the ISEE submission deadline has been postponed to 30th May 2020.
13.03.2020 - ONLINE LESSONS: How to activate Office Teams
Online classes are officially starting: Teachers are now enabled to insert their online classes.
In order to take part in online classes students will need to follow three steps:

- Activate Office 365
- Join Online Classes
ADVICE for 3rd-year students: the deadline to submit the study plan is before the winter session of 18 January 2020.

Info for ISEE-University: You can request the ISSE-U within the 15th of December 2017. Students that have requested it in the past (validation until 15/01/2018) don't need to request again, but they must authorize the Universiy to acquire data from the INPS database within the 15th of December 2017. Tuition fees at the University of Rome Tor Vergata for the AY 2017/2018 will be based on the student’s family income and no extra-fee will be charged to enroll to the Bachelor Degree in Engineering Sciences.
The fee does not cover the costs of residential accommodation, transport, food or study materials.

05.12.2016 - Pre-Applications Assessment for A.Y. 2017-2018 only for International Students.
Pre-Applications are open from 05.12.2016 until 31.05.2017. Please follow the link to submit your candidacy.
Please note that, due to the obtectives of our curriculum of studies, priority will be given to candidates with an age range between 17 and 21. Only exceptional candidates will be considered with ages outside the range given.
Eligible candidates will be invited to sit a Skype interview to assess English language requirements, former background in mathematics, physics and chemistry as well as assessing their motivation to understake the course.

29.07.2016 Welcome Weeks
The University of Rome Tor Vergata organizes every year the "Welcome Weeks" for International Students to make their arrival in Italy and at our University as smooth and comfortable as possible.
For the A.Y. 2016/2017 "Welcome Weeks" will be from 1st September until 16th September, Monday to Friday (9am – 2pm) at the School of Economics (Via Columbia 2, building A – underground floor, "Aula Freezer".
During these two weeks, students will be assisted in filling in the necessary documents for their Residence Stay Permit and Health Insurance Modules. Staff members and current students will be there to give useful information about our University, the city of Rome, how to open a bank account, how to get a public transport card, and to answer any questions.
If you wish to join us during the Welcome Weeks, please fill in the module that we have already sent you together with your data and send it back to info-es@uniroma2.it by 21st August.

TAX - Tuition fee for A.Y 2016-2017
The deadline for the 1st fee is within 7th of November 2016 (the amount is the same for all the Students, except those who have requested scholarship LAZIOADISU) is:
500 €(additional tax for this Couse) +348,24 + 140 (regional tax) = 986 €
The deadline for the 2nd fee is the 31st of March 2017 (you can pay in two fees: 50% within 31.03.2017 + 50% within 1st of june 2017)on the base of the ISEE (family income) 500 fixed for E.S. + 0-1.445€
The deadline to ask to the CAF the ISEE is the 31st of December of each year
For the late payment:
€ 50,00 for payment within the 31.12. 2016
€ 100,00 for payment beyond that date.

Here the to-do list to get your ISEE model.
1. Go to a CAF Office
ITALIAN STUDENTS: please find here the list of the documents you have to bring with you http://www.cafcisl.it/ise_documenti.cfm (I just picked a CAF link from google, you are free in choosing your one, it is just an example I am giving you); ·
FOREIGN STUDENTS: you have to provide an official statement issued by Embassies or Consulates with your own family incomes, your fiscal code (you won’t need your patents’ one!), your stay permit, a copy of your flat rental contract;
2. The CAF office will keep all your documents and elaborate them. The duty officer will give you an appointment (approximately 10 days after);
3. When you get back to the CAF Office you will be provided with a code number (numero di protocollo) and your ISEE model. You then have to insert these data into the Delphi system;
4. Enter your Delphi system (TUITIONS section) and copy accurately all the required information; you will find them all on the ISEE model the CAF has provided you with (numero di protocollo, date, ISEE value, ect…). |
